Your orders placed on Saturday - Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday at the latest.

Your orders of 500 TL or more are sent to all of Turkey without any shipping fee.

Orders under 500 TL will be charged.

Orders of 1000 TL or more, which you will place in Istanbul until 12:00 on working days, will be delivered to you within the same day, in line with your preference and without additional charge.



How do I make my return?

Provided that your products have not been used, you can return them with a signed invoice within 14 days from the delivery date.

When you detect damage or defect in your order, you can request a return & exchange.

How does the return process work?

The reason for the return should be stated on the product invoice and the invoice should be placed in the package you send with the product you want to return.

Your return will first be examined by the customer representative and it will be determined whether it complies with the conditions stated above.

The return of the products that comply with the return procedure is approved and the product fee is deposited into your account within 5 working days. This 5 working days will start when receives the product you have returned.

If the product invoice is issued in the name of the corporate company, it must be sent with the "return invoice" issued by the institution for the return process and cut as the product unit price + VAT. If the return invoice is not sent, the return process will not be completed.

How can I change my product?

The product exchange can only be made with the same product in case the product is damaged (the report form given by the courier will be requested) and it is defective. It is not possible to exchange for a different product.

Even if the ordered product is in the same price and category, it is not accepted to exchange it with another product.

In cases where one-to-one product exchange is not accepted by the customer, the return process is carried out.

The product exchange process is completed within 7 working days after the product is received by and the necessary evaluations are made.

Your exchange shipments will be paid by the customer with the cargo company that our company has contracted with.

In which cases are returns unacceptable?

  • 14 days from the delivery date,
  • The product gift is not returned with the product (gift product promotions),
  • Shipment of opened and used products for any reason,
  • Products with a shipping label affixed on the original box and taped with shipping duct tape,
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for products damaged due to misuse.

What should I do with damaged order deliveries?

The package/parcel desired to be delivered by the courier company; Do not accept if it is torn, crushed, opened or wet.
